Nicole and Kerryn are engaging, positive and offer a safe environment for learning and self-development. With a balance of life and career experience, they will empower individuals to create a framework to improve their wellbeing.  Whether it be by facilitating them to be more aware and active participants in managing their personal wellbeing or learning skills to support a colleague experiencing a mental health problem. The outcomes will be invaluable for not only individuals, teams but the organisation as a whole.

Nicole Jordan

Nicole Jordan is an experienced trainer with over 20 years career experience in the not for profit sector. Whilst working in teams and managing staff she has discovered a passion for educating the community and particular workplaces on how to recognise the signs and symptoms of mental health problems.  A mother of four, Nicole understands the pressures of balancing work and family life and the importance of self care.

Nicole is accredited to teach Standard Mental Health First Aid (SMHFA), Standard Mental Health First Aid Refresher Courses and the Blended Workplace MHFA.   Nicole also has a qualification in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing.

An engaging and adaptable presenter, Nicole delivers training with a positive and realistic approach, adding a splash of humour to have participants at ease and making the training enjoyable.

Kerryn Cormick

Kerryn is an experienced and sought-after educator in Health and Wellbeing. She has been working in schools and up skilling teachers and staff since 1995. A a manager of a more than 30 staff she understands the importance of  staff happiness and wellbeing.

A qualified Physical Education and Health teacher with further experience and qualifications in Mental Health, Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, Kerryn has been a facilitator and workshop presenter for many organisations in Australia and overseas.

Kerryn’s engaging and fun personality will have participants enjoying every session.  She is a peoples person and sensitive to the needs of each group.
